All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the renter is subject to any applicable service or late charges.
Refund/Return Policy
All payments are final. For any questions about a payment or past charges, contact your leasing office.
Cancellation
Charges that are canceled or disputed with the renters credit card issuing bank for rent payment are subject to applicable service or late charges. If the property incurs any additional fees from the dispute process, that fee will be the charged to the renter.
Refer to your leasing agreement for additional information pertaining to payments and actions as a result of late or non payment.
